Position Summary:
Assist in all aspects related to maintenance and repairing physical structures of buildings and grounds by performing the following essential duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Police grounds daily including pool and amenities as needed throughout the complex.
- General cleaning of all common areas, including but not limited to office, clubhouse, restrooms, pool area, pet stations, grills, fitness centers, laundry rooms and maintenance or storage shops
- Cleaning and blowing of breezeways, outdoor light fixtures
- Deliver office newsletters and correspondence to the residents as needed
- Remove and dispose of all items from vacant apartments, as needed
- Complete light duty maintenance tasks, including but not limited to caulking, change locks, replace screens, replace door stops, change air conditioning filters, replace light bulbs, etc.
- Perform ground maintenance activities including but not limited to trimming hedges, removing weeds, spreading mulch, raking and disposing of leaves and refuse, watering designated vegetation as needed, unless performed by an outside contractor
- Irrigation repair and/or inspection
- Pressure washing
- Follow on site policies and procedures as set forth on property and employment handbook
- Observe safety and security procedures, report potentially unsafe conditions, use equipment and materials properly
- Additional duties as needed

Education/Experience:
A minimum of one year related experience.
Certification and Licenses:
- Valid Driver’s License maybe required
Computer skills:
- To perform the job successfully, and individual should have average computer knowledge.
