Als locatiemanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van onze locatie in Apeldoorn. Je werkzaamheden als locatiemanager beslaan ± 25% van je tijd, maar je bent altijd beschikbaar voor vragen.
Je bent een herkenbaar gezicht voor collega's, klanten, verwijzers en samenwerkingspartners. Je zorgt voor verbinding binnen het team, geeft richting aan ontwikkelingen en stimuleert een cultuur waarin mensen verantwoordelijkheid nemen en samen resultaten behalen.
Je managementtaken bestaan onder andere uit:
Het coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers
Het aansturen van de dagelijkse operatie van de locatie
Het vertalen van strategie en beleid naar concrete acties
Het bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit en resultaten
Het initiëren en begeleiden van verbeteringen in processen en samenwerking
Het onderhouden van relaties met verwijzers en samenwerkingspartners
Het vertegenwoordigen van de locatie tijdens bijeenkomsten, evenementen en netwerkactiviteiten
Het creëren van een gastvrije omgeving waarin klanten en bezoekers zich welkom voelen
Het bijdragen aan de verdere groei van ForMotion in de regio
Je bent een ervaren allround professional. Heb je ruime ervaring als prothesespecialist? Dan heb je een streepje voor. Binnen onze locatie speelt prothesezorg een belangrijke rol en jouw kennis en ervaring zijn direct van waarde voor klanten en collega's.
Je begrijpt het vak, maar kijkt ook verder dan de inhoud alleen.
