The Senior Lead, Maintenance is responsible for strengthening maintenance performance, supporting frontline leadership, and driving continuous improvement across the operation. They will manage maintenance project execution, ensure equipment reliability, and act as a central coordination point between maintenance areas and site departments.
Candidates must possess a degree or diploma in a relevant technical field combined with a valid trade certification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a mobile equipment maintenance environment, is required.

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintedent, the Senior Lead, Maintenance is responsible for strengthening maintenance performance, supporting frontline leadership, and driving continuous improvement across the operation.
The successful candidate is a strong, visible leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trusted relationships across teams. You bring a structured approach to execution, a passion for developing people, and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
