The Teacher-Mentor develops relationships with middle and high school students to support high school graduation and post-secondary planning. Responsibilities include professional classroom management and serving as a positive role model within the Duval County Public School system.
Requires a four-year college degree or 5+ years of proven experience, with at least three years in youth services. Candidates must possess a valid Florida Driver's License and be willing to provide 24/7 availability for student support.

The primary objective is to help students complete high school graduation with a post-secondary plan for their future.
