VOTRE QUOTIDIEN
Le commercial agence est le premier point de contact de nos clients. Il a pour missions de :
• Développer le relationnel client grâce à un accueil convivial, un conseil technique de qualité et un suivi personnalisé.
• Proposer des solutions et des services annexes pertinents et créateurs de valeurs ajoutées.
• Développer la digitalisation du client par la mise en avant de nos offres connectées et de notre site e-commerce
• Rendre l’agence attractive avec un merchandising dynamique et adapté.
• Promouvoir et participer activement aux animations commerciales.
• Gérer les litiges clients et les SAV
VOS QUALITÉS ET COMPÉTENCES
Plus qu’un diplôme ou un niveau d’expérience, c’est avant tout la pertinence de votre parcours commercial, l’adéquation de vos connaissances techniques dans le domaine de l’électricité, domotique ou des solutions de maitrise de l’énergie ainsi que vos qualités personnelles qui feront la différence, en particulier :
