Overview
We are seeking experienced virtual facilitators to deliver leadership development workshops across multiple global regions. This is a contract-based opportunity for facilitators who are highly skilled in virtual delivery, group engagement, and leadership-focused learning experiences.
Facilitators will lead highly interactive virtual sessions involving breakout rooms, activities, reflection exercises, and group discussions for cohorts of 12–20 participants.

Europe
Japan
China
Brazil
Mexico
Candidates should indicate the region(s) they are qualified to support based on language fluency and time zone availability.
What You’ll Be Doing
Facilitate virtual leadership workshops for assigned participant groups
Deliver three (3) 90-minute sessions per cohort
Review facilitator guides, learner materials, and workshop objectives before delivery
Lead breakout rooms, activities, and group discussions
Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
Adapt delivery style to regional and cultural nuances while maintaining consistency
Coordinate with internal teams around scheduling and logistics
Share delivery feedback and observations post-session when needed
Commitment
3 x 90-minute virtual sessions per project
Additional prep and review time required
Approximately 15–20 workshop deliveries per assigned region
All sessions delivered virtually
Must be available during business hours for your selected region
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of facilitation, leadership development, corporate training, or organizational development experience
Strong virtual facilitation skills (Zoom, Teams, or similar)
Experience managing group discussions, breakout sessions, and learner engagement
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience facilitating professional or corporate audiences
Strong organizational and time management skills
Reliable internet and professional virtual setup
Preferred
Leadership development facilitation experience
Executive coaching or organizational development background
Experience facilitating across global or multicultural teams
Familiarity with adult learning and experiential learning approaches
Certifications such as ICF, ATD, DiSC, MBTI, Insights, FranklinCovey, etc.
