The Small Business Relationship Manager NMLS is responsible for delivering excellent customer service in alignment with U.S. Bank Core Values while providing comprehensive financial solutions to complex small business clients with annual revenues generally between $500K and $2.5 million, typically not exceeding $5 million. This role deepens existing customer relationships through routine calling and develops new relationship opportunities through business development activities. The role combines digital tools with strong human connections, maintains a portfolio, and partners across internal and external networks to grow revenue and support client outcomes.
Total compensation includes base compensation in addition to eligibility for incentives based on the employee’s production under the applicable incentive plan.
Outside prospecting and sales activities in assigned territory 50-70% of the time.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $75,060.00 - 91,740.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
