What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Senior Designer to lead the conceptualisation, creation and execution of visually compelling designs across Eightcap's digital ecosystem, from advertising campaigns to websites to the client lifecycle. You'll be part of the Creative Team, working alongside talented Copywriters, Digital and Motion Graphics Designers and supported by the Creative Lead. A small, passionate team that works hard and has fun while we’re at it.

To drive real impact in this role, you will:

• Lead Design, End to End: Own projects from initial concept to final delivery, including advertising campaigns, websites, landing pages, digital banners, social content, internal comms and promotional materials, ensuring every deliverable is high quality, on brand and on time.
• Be the Senior Design Voice: Act as the senior design point of contact for the marketing team, developing concepts that communicate our brand message and resonate with our audience.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Proactively research and implement industry trends, innovative techniques and AI platforms to elevate our brand identity and improve workflow efficiency.
• Own the Design System: Be the guardian of our Figma workspace, image/asset/component libraries and brand guidelines across the numerous brands within the Eightcap ecosystem.
• Mentor and Elevate: Provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.

What You'll Bring:

• 7+ years of professional experience in a digital graphic design role, with a strong, comprehensive portfolio of impactful creative campaigns across digital platforms.
• High-level proficiency in Figma, plus Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
• Demonstrated experience in website and landing page design, with solid UI/UX comprehension.
• Proven ability to integrate AI platforms into creative workflow and asset creation.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to uphold brand consistency across multiple complex projects at once.
• A genuine passion for creativity and pushing the boundaries of design excellence.
• Video editing/motion graphics skills (Premiere, After Effects, etc.) are a bonus but not essential.
