Candidates must be graduating in 2027 with a Master's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Fluency in Swedish and strong analytical skills are required.

At Eidra Consulting, you’ll be part of a fast-moving supportive team that believes the best way to learn is by doing. We see consulting as a craft – one honed through hands-on experience, early responsibility, continuous feedback, and collaborative culture.
The Elevate program runs in parallel with your first projects, equipping you with tools and possibilities to kickstart your career. You’ll dive straight into real projects with real clients. You’ll be in the room, contributing from the start, learning from experienced consultants and experts from across Eidra – collaborating in projects that makes a difference. You will get to experience the high pace and steep learning curve of being a management consultant. You’ll build capabilities in strategy, transformation and leadership while accelerating your learning in a fast-moving, team-driven environment.

Graduating in 2027 with a Master's degree in Business administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management, or equivalent
Having a strong interest in pursuing a career in management consulting
