Lead a team of 10-15 direct reports to manage daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity metrics are met. Implement TPM and continuous improvement principles to minimize downtime and optimize departmental efficiencies.
Requires a High School Diploma with 4 years of manufacturing experience or a Bachelor's degree. Preferred candidates have a degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry and experience with SAP and production supervision.
The Production Team Lead will be responsible for all metrics of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and people development for a production area across shifts. Demonstrate your ability to lead a winning team and manage the daily manufacturing operations of lines or shifts to ensure that the manufacturing plan is executed in a manner that meets or exceeds quality and cost objectives.

Lead a team of 10-15 direct reports
Ensure the location is in compliance with all internal and external standards and legislation.
Recommend and implement measures to improve departmental productivity and efficiencies, product quality, methods and working conditions so that downtime is minimized through the use of teamwork and TPM/continuous improvement principles.
Manage relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate and reinforce plant plans in area of responsibility.
Create an environment in which employees can work safely.
Ensure the Quality System is followed and that products produced meet specifications.
Partner with internal plant and external Ecolab contacts (Quality, Logistics, Planning, and regulatory agencies) to proactively avoid quality, environmental and service issues.
Provide formal and informal reporting on plant performance and issues.
This position is located in Garland, TX
Work Schedule: 3rd shift (9:30pm to 5:30am)
High School Diploma and 4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment OR Bachelor’s degree

Experience in quality control in a chemical manufacturing environment
TPM experience
Proven interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Power Suite (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Teams, SharePoint)
Experience with SAP
