Este rol será clave para acompañar y potenciar el impacto de las iniciativas de cultura y engagement, asegurando que los mensajes lleguen de forma clara, creativa y efectiva a nuestras distintas audiencias.
Buscamos a una persona con iniciativa, creatividad y ganas de generar impacto, que quiera ayudar a transformar ideas en experiencias comunicacionales que conecten con los equipos.
Vas a ser protagonista en el desarrollo e implementación de un programa de comunicación interna enfocado en cultura, reconocimiento y bienestar, contribuyendo a mejorar la experiencia de los colaboradores y la percepción sobre el apoyo organizacional.
Diseñar y ejecutar acciones de comunicación interna que den soporte a iniciativas de cultura y engagement del negocio.
Desarrollar contenido creativo para distintos canales (mailing, newsletters, plataformas digitales, piezas visuales), asegurando consistencia y alcance en las comunicaciones.
Identificar y proponer mejoras en el uso de canales de comunicación, optimizando su impacto según las distintas audiencias (oficinas, planta, remoto, distintos países).
Dar visibilidad a reconocimientos, logros e iniciativas internas, promoviendo una cultura de feedback positivo y celebración.
Acompañar la comunicación de resultados e iniciativas estratégicas, contribuyendo a reforzar la conexión entre el trabajo diario y los objetivos del negocio.
Colaborar en la comunicación de iniciativas de bienestar, ayudando a aumentar la visibilidad y participación de los colaboradores.
Medir el impacto de las comunicaciones y proponer ajustes basados en resultados.
Trabajar de forma cercana con stakeholders de distintas áreas, construyendo soluciones comunicacionales efectivas.
Estudiantes de Comunicación, Publicidad o carreras afines, con al menos 1 año y medio restante hasta graduarse.
Nivel de inglés intermedio
Manejo de herramientas digitales: Office, Canva o similares, y plataformas colaborativas (Teams, SharePoint).
Interés por comunicación interna, cultura organizacional y engagement.
Muy buenas habilidades comunicacionales, tanto orales como escritas.
Creatividad, proactividad y curiosidad.
Modalidad: Esquema híbrido con presencialidad en oficinas de Retiro.
Horario: 4 horas diarias, preferentemente por la tarde.
