Eaton’s Electrical Power Systems Division is currently seeking an Assembler (Stacker) – 1st Shift to join our team! The hourly rate starts at $24.45 – $28.45, depending on experience. The core hours are 5am – 1pm, Monday-Friday; Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times. This position is based at our Lincoln Avenue facility in Waukesha, WI.

Position overview:
Assemble Coils, Steel Cores, and Clamps to initiate the building process for Transformers. Sets up stack tables for proper dimensions, and stacks steel according to specifications. The stacker also welds core clamp assemblies in place.
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Must have a High School diploma or GED (General Education Degree) from an accredited institution
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Waukesha, WI facility. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum of one (1) year of electrical experience.
Position Criteria:
• Ability to use electronic measuring devices.
• Ability to operate machines and manual assembly
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
