The Payroll Analyst is responsible for overseeing weekly payroll processing and auditing data for multiple locations across the US and Canada. This includes resolving discrepancies, managing third-party deductions, and streamlining payroll processes in collaboration with the Dayforce Managed Team.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of payroll processing experience and proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions. Experience with Dayforce, multi-state US/Canada payroll, and the restaurant/retail industry is preferred.

As a Payroll Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes. You will be responsible for performing various tasks related to payroll administration and analysis, including but not limited to managing payroll, auditing payroll data, resolving payroll discrepancies, and generating payroll reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of payroll regulations and best practices.
Reports to Head of Payroll.
Oversee and support weekly payroll, accurate allocation on tip sheets in a timely fashion manner for multiple locations across US and Canada.
The annual salary for this position is: $75,000-$80,000
