The role involves interacting with customers via phone and email to provide technical solutions, quotations, and support. Additionally, the representative collaborates with engineers and assists with warehouse duties such as shipping and receiving.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and 1-2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales within a similar environment. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift 25-50 pounds are also required.
