Requires 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or customer service with a degree in Administration, Finance, Psychology, Communication, Engineering, or Architecture. Must possess strong negotiation skills and proficiency in CRM tools.

Actualmente buscamos incorporar un/a Asesor/a de Admisiones, una persona apasionada por las ventas consultivas, la atención al cliente y el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales.
Tu misión será acompañar a profesionales interesados en programas de formación online, guiándolos durante todo su proceso de admisión, desde el primer contacto hasta la formalización de su matrícula.
Gestionar prospectos a través de llamadas, WhatsApp y correo electrónico.
Realizar entrevistas consultivas por Zoom para identificar necesidades y objetivos profesionales.
Presentar programas académicos y brindar asesoría personalizada.
Gestionar objeciones, negociar y cerrar matrículas.
Hacer seguimiento a oportunidades comerciales y mantener actualizada la información en CRM.
Acompañar a los estudiantes durante el proceso de admisión y documentación.
Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en ventas, atención al cliente o roles comerciales.
Formación académica: Administración, Finanzas, Contaduría, Psicología, Comunicación Social, Ingeniería, Arquitectura o carreras afines.
Experiencia en negociación, seguimiento y cierre de negocios.
Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de metas.
Manejo de herramientas digitales y CRM.
Jornada laboral completa de lunes a jueves de 9:00h a 18:00h y viernes de 9:00h a 15:00h
Salario bruto anual: €17.000 – €19.000 + Comisiones por cumplimiento de objetivos
