The BDR is responsible for generating qualified sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media to cultivate new business opportunities. They will use consultative techniques to recommend healthcare training and certification solutions to key stakeholders and coordinate discovery meetings for the sales team.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of overachieving. Proficiency in CRM tools, remote collaboration platforms, and the ability to communicate value to healthcare executives is required.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll focus on creating qualified sales leads to cultivate new business opportunities from prospects through self-sourced prospects and manage an assigned roster and Marketing qualified leads.
This position will work remote in the United States, working in the CST timezone preferred.
HIRING RANGE
The current full-time annualized hiring range for this role is $42,300.00-$60,500.00 and does not include discretionary bonus or sales incentives, if applicable. In accordance with applicable state laws, we are providing the expected salary range for this position. Individual compensation will be determined by various factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, current business needs and local market factors. Most regular, full-time employees are eligible to participate in an Ascend incentive bonus or sales plan.
