Dymon is launching an AI Management Fellowship to accelerate firmwide AI adoption and drive business transformation. We are hiring a small cohort of high-potential fellows to work alongside teams across the firm, identifying opportunities, redesigning workflows, and building AI solutions that improve how we operate while complying with applicable internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Fellows receive structured training and mentorship alongside real exposure to the business, then complete two to three rotations through functions such as operations, technology, risk, compliance, legal, human resources, business development, investor relations, business management, and investment teams where relevant. In each rotation, fellows help teams adopt AI by mapping processes, finding operational bottlenecks, building prototypes, and turning ideas into working improvements. Strong performers may be considered for full-time conversion, subject to business needs and applicable internal policies.

Ideal candidates are intellectually curious, proactive, and have a strong interest in how AI is reshaping organisations and workflows. Prior AI experience is helpful but not essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong judgement, clear communication, problem-solving, and learning agility, along with the interpersonal skills to build trust, navigate team dynamics, and collaborate with others to deliver practical change.

• Open to undergraduate, master’s, MBA, and early-career candidates from all disciplines, with a preference for MBA/master's candidates and relevant fields such as management, business analytics, information systems, operations, strategy, or organisational behaviour.
• Strong interest in business process improvement, organisational transformation, agentic workflows, financial services, and applied AI.
• Exceptional intellectual curiosity, analytical ability, communication, and judgement; candidates should be proactive, collaborative, and confident working across technical and non-technical teams.
• Prior AI experience is not required, but candidates must be comfortable with rapid change and motivated to turn emerging AI capabilities into practical business impact; coding, systems, or technical experience is preferred.
• Candidates should be open to spending part of the programme at one of our global offices, depending on rotation needs and business requirements.
• Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, or other regional language skills would be valuable.
• Identify practical AI use cases across business and corporate functions.
• Move quickly into new teams during rotations, building the trust needed to understand their workflows, bottlenecks, requirements, and success metrics.
• Research, evaluate, and prototype AI-enabled business solutions using frontier AI tools, enterprise AI systems, and approved open-source solutions.
• Assess risks and governance considerations, including information security, data privacy, the reliability and accuracy of AI outputs, compliance, operational risk, and appropriate human oversight.
• Support adoption through training, documentation, feedback collection, and clear recommendations for internal teams and senior stakeholders.
