执行与发货方/收货方本地标准化操作流程(SOP)
针对业务，向发货方/收货方提供费用报价单， 通过电话、邮件及面谈等多渠道处理客户咨询
核查单证文件（履行尽职调查），确保完全符合DSV内部标准及客户SOP要求
执行经主管批准的流程及系统改进方案，严格遵循SOP及报价单要求执行货运订舱操作
就需协助的异常情况或问题及时上报主管，并反馈分包商服务标准执行情况
处理客户问询、投诉、索赔跟进，核实信用条款及资信状况，协调相关部门解决关联问题，向客户预先通报索赔详情及处理进度
按要求编制客户数据统计报表， 处理并制作包括但不限于提单、入库通知、运输订单、发票等客户要求的文件
发票开具/核验及应付账款登记，作业成本核算
更新货物追踪系统，向海外站点发送装运通知
完成上级指派的其他任务， 必要时为团队成员提供工作备份支持 |
