The Staff Accountant will maintain the general ledger, reconcile accounts, and manage accounts payable and receivable processes. They will also assist with financial reporting, payroll, tax preparation, and support the finance team with special projects and audits.
A bachelor's degree in accounting is required, with an MBA, MAcc, or CPA strongly preferred. Candidates must have at least 2 years of accounting experience and proficiency in Sage Intact and Microsoft Excel.

As we expand our reach, we seek a meticulous and skilled Staff Accountant to join our Finance team.
Our Staff Accountant will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial records, ensuring accurate tracking of the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, and other financial activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, deadline-oriented, and adept at managing and prioritizing a substantial workload. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to integrate seamlessly into a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be capable of taking direction and working in a tight-knit team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently on assigned tasks.

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 base salary. Eligible for annual, discretionary bonus.
The indicated salary range for this position reflects the base pay, which is determined by several factors, including but not limited to education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and geographical location. It does not include overtime compensation, which DRC provides in alignment with state regulations.
