The Assistant Manager supports the Community Manager in overseeing daily property operations, including maintaining occupancy and meeting financial goals. They are also responsible for fostering positive resident relations and supervising site personnel.
Candidates should have 1-2 years of property management experience, with a preference for knowledge of Section 8, Section 42, and Yardi software. The role requires the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at Townhomes on Earley, a 278 unit apartment community in Casa Grande, AZ. Until the property is operational, you will act as a Roving Assistant Manager in the greater Casa Grande, AZ area.
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property.
