The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property, including completing work requests and performing preventative maintenance. They also supervise site maintenance personnel and ensure a safe work environment for residents and staff.
Candidates should ideally have 2-3 years of maintenance experience with proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems. HVAC, EPA, and CPO certifications are preferred, along with a valid driver's license and insurance.

We are currently seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sawyer Estates, a 192 unit apartment community in St Cloud, FL.
As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to help create a great living experience for our residents.
