The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general appearance and upkeep of the property, including completing work requests and performing preventative maintenance. They will also assist in preparing vacant units for new residents and ensure a safe working environment.
The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of maintenance experience and basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks. Preferred qualifications include HVAC and EPA experience, as well as a CPO certification.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Kinwood, a 200 unit apartment community in McKinney, TX.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to help create a great living experience for our residents.
