The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the physical upkeep of the property and the management of the maintenance team. Duties include performing repairs, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring vacant units are ready for new residents.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of maintenance experience with advanced knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems. Professional certifications such as HVAC, EPA, and CPO are preferred.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Kinwood, a 200 unit apartment community in McKinney, TX.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property as well as leading the maintenance staff.
