The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the general appearance and physical maintenance of the apartment community. This includes leading the maintenance staff, completing work requests, and performing preventative maintenance.
Candidates should ideally have 3-5 years of maintenance experience with advanced knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems. HVAC, EPA, and CPO certifications are preferred, along with a valid driver's license.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Heron Ridge, a 331 unit apartment community in Kissimmee, FL.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property as well as leading the maintenance staff.
