Manage removal defense cases from intake to adjudication, including filing documents via the EOIR ECAS portal. Prepare legal drafts, motions, and evidence packets for Individual and Master Calendar Hearings.
Requires 1-2 years of immigration law experience specifically in EOIR removal defense and proficiency with Docketwise or similar CRM. Candidates must be professional in English and either Spanish or Hindi.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented EOIR Removal Defense Paralegal to support our attorneys in removal defense matters before the Immigration Courts.
This position is ideal for an experienced immigration professional who can manage removal defense cases, prepare filings, communicate effectively with clients, and assist attorneys in preparing cases for hearings.
Candidates must be able to communicate professionally with clients in at least one of the following languages:
