The host welcomes clients, manages the on-site class experience, and guides prospective members toward membership options. They are also responsible for capturing class videos and providing feedback to improve the client experience.
Applicants must be confident, persuasive individuals eligible to work in the U.S. Reliable transportation to Logan Square and Avondale is required.
DivaDance helps adults build confidence and community through fun, pop-music-inspired dance classes. We’re looking for a confident, persuasive individual who is excited to help us inspire confidence and build community while growing our membership base.
This is a sales-first role where you’ll also serve as the on-site representative for DivaDance during your assigned classes. You’ll welcome clients, build relationships, guide prospective members toward the right membership, and help ensure every client leaves feeling celebrated, connected, and excited to come back.
We're looking for someone to host 1-2 classes per week (approximately 1–2 hours/week).

Our classes are currently held at partner studios in Logan Square and Avondale, so reliable transportation between those neighborhoods is required. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.
