Provide expert legal and commercial advice on project delivery modes and manage the negotiation of consulting and construction contracts. Lead risk mitigation strategies, resolve pre-litigation disputes, and ensure statutory compliance across multidisciplinary service lines.
Requires a Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Candidates must have a minimum of 6+ years of legal practice, preferably within the professional consulting, engineering, or construction sectors.

This is an existing position and can be based at any one of our following offices: London, Chatham, Windsor, Kitchener, Guelph and Hamilton.

$110,000 to $160,000
At Dillon, we believe in transparency. The following salary range is what we expect to offer for this position. It will be dependent on the successful applicant’s education, experience, and skills, in addition to internal equity and geographic region.
