Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. Drive company culture through inclusive team events and lead recruitment efforts from job posting to candidate experience.
Requires professional experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a digital or creative agency, with a strong understanding of German employment law. Must possess a proactive mindset and excellent interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
