Dans le cadre du développement rapide de notre présence en France, nous recrutons un chef de produit marketing junior dans le cadre d’un contrat à durée déterminée de 6 mois avec possibilité de renouvellement.
Au sein de l’équipe Marketing, vous pilotez et mettez en œuvre des projets de marketing digital à fort impact.
À ce titre, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :
• Concevoir et déployer des campagnes d’emailing à destination des professionnels de santé (diabétologues, infirmiers, médecins généralistes, pharmaciens) :
o Coordination avec les agences créatives pour la conception des contenus o Gestion des processus de validation (Veeva)
o Mise en œuvre opérationnelle : paramétrage, envoi et suivi des campagnes
o Analyse des performances (taux d’ouverture, clics, désabonnements) et formulation de recommandations d’optimisation• Animer et optimiser le site internet :
o Mise à jour des contenus et contrôle qualité
o Suivi des performances (balises de tracking, UTM)
• Contribuer au développement de la présence digitale de Dexcom :
o Élaboration de recommandations stratégiques
o Mise en œuvre de projets digitaux innovants
• Suivre et analyser les performances digitales :
o Consolidation et reporting hebdomadaire des KPI (site web, campagnes emailing)
• Assurer une veille concurrentielle active :
o Analyse de la présence digitale des concurrents et suivi des actualités du secteur
o Identification d’opportunités d’amélioration des contenus et parcours digitaux
En complément, vous apportez votre soutien à l’équipe sur des projets transverses, tels que :
• L’organisation et la gestion de visites à distance
• Le suivi des campagnes marketing (questionnaires de satisfaction, tableaux de reporting, analyses)
Profil recherché
• Formation supérieure avec spécialisation en Marketing, type Bachelor ou Master.
• Première expérience en marketing digital (industrie pharmaceutique, conseil ou stratégie)
• Rigueur, organisation et curiosité, avec une forte envie d’apprendre
• Esprit d’équipe et excellentes compétences relationnelles et de communication
• Maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
Lieu de travail :
• Minimum de 2 jours de présence par semaine dans nos bureaux situés à Paris 13 et 3 jours de travail distanciels
