• Provide 1st Level Technical Support across a broad range of technologies supporting Euronext Cash and Derivatives markets, as well as hosted client markets.
• Support applications, network, systems (Linux and Windows), databases, and security environments.
• Work as part of a Porto-based team operating in a 24/7 shift schedule to ensure continuous market operations.
• Prioritize, investigate, and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical queries across multiple systems.
• Troubleshoot issues related to applications, infrastructure, databases, networks, and security.
• Actively participate in major incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving support processes, operational efficiency, and service quality.
• Collaborate with international teams across Euronext locations in a high-tech, fast-paced environment.

• Experience providing technical support in enterprise or mission-critical environments.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of networking, databases, infrastructure, and security concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting applications and IT infrastructure issues.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
• Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule covering market operational hours.
