The Business Quality Assurance Testing Officer defines and implements program-wide testing strategies while governing quality standards for large-scale business solutions. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage UAT, assess project risks, and ensure deliverables meet business needs through continuous improvement.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and possess at least eight years of relevant IT quality assurance experience. Proficiency in agile environments, test automation, and industry-standard tools like Xray and HPALM is required, along with an ISTQB certification.

As a business quality assurance testing officer, you analyze and diagnose issues and situations related to large-scale deliveries and rollouts in your area of expertise, as well as provide quality control and assurance. You provide opinions in accordance with your discipline’s rules and recommend solutions to improve and optimize standards, policies and programs. You recommend implementation plans. You play an active role in establishing and implementing multiple quality-assurance strategies for business solutions in a highly complex, large-scale
