You will provide property management support, assist with fire prevention and building safety, and manage lease agreements. Additionally, you will analyze data to make recommendations, develop policies, and oversee budgets for medium-scale projects.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a related field and possess at least four years of relevant experience. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required, along with proficiency in French.
As a property management, build-out and safety advisor, you assist with fire prevention and building safety and management. You help create plans, assist with build-outs and lease management, and help develop building safety and fire prevention policies. You advise and assist clients and partners as part of intervention and development initiatives. You recommend solutions to improve or optimize standards, policies and programs. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work. You prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. You help solve complex problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the line of business. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:
