The Project Coordinator serves as the primary field and stakeholder liaison for land development and shallow utility projects in the Greater Edmonton Capital Region. They are responsible for monitoring construction progress, coordinating utility installations, and ensuring projects move efficiently from construction to final acceptance.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or an Electrical Engineering Technology Diploma, with a valid driver's licence and first aid certification. While not mandatory, 3 years of progressive project or field management experience and a P.Eng or CET designation are strongly considered assets.
Job Summary
The Project Coordinator (Land Development & Shallow Utilities) will support the successful delivery of residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use land development projects throughout the Greater Edmonton Capital Region. Reporting to the VP, Greater Capital Region Land Development, the Project Coordinator serves as the primary field and stakeholder liaison during the construction and servicing phases of land development projects. This role supports the coordination of shallow utility installations, municipal servicing requirements, contractor activities, and project schedules to ensure developments progress efficiently from construction through final acceptance.
