The Retail Skin Therapist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing skin treatments, and educating clients on personalized skincare programs. They must also manage counter duties, maintain the treatment area, and achieve individual and location sales targets.
Candidates must hold a Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification with Facial Electrical. A Level 4 qualification including Microneedling and Chemical Peels is preferred, with the company offering funding for this training if not already held.
