The role provides critical support in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to guide organizational decision-making. Key duties include preparing management reporting packages, maintaining the general ledger, and coordinating sales incentive payments.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and at least five years of experience in financial reporting and analysis. A CPA designation and experience in statutory accounting or regulated industries like healthcare and insurance are preferred.

To provide support to the company in the area of financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and all related areas. This position delivers insight that guides financial evaluation, maintains the general ledger and other critical financial records and provides insight to leadership across the organization to improve financial performance.
