The Corporate team works with top corporations in Hong Kong to bring workplaces together over delicious food experiences. We offer a one-stop-solution that allows companies to order tailor-made meal solutions from Hong Kong's beloved restaurants delivered straight to their office, hassle free.

Roles and Responsibilities
 

• Provide the strategic vision, planning expertise, operational leadership required to achieve Corporate business objectives and goals
• Lead, build, and develop the team with passion and empathy to achieve sales targets, deliver growth and maintain exceptional corporate relationships and overall customer experience

• Define and execute the Corporate business plan and strategic initiatives, implementing KPIs across departments: 

  • Business Development: growing Corporate client base

  • Account Management: growing and maintaining Corporate accounts 

  • Logistics: ensuring solid delivery experience

  • Customer Support: ensuring great customer service experience

• Create, implement, and iterate scalable processes, prioritize initiatives, to drive continued growth and efficiency. This includes sourcing, prioritizing, and evaluating new opportunity areas, partnerships, initiatives, revenue channels
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to push forward initiatives successfully across multiple departments
• Work closely with the Regional team to drive regional strategic initiatives in Hong Kong, and work closely with local foodpanda management team to ensure the success of these local initiatives

• Experience in building and leading high-performing entrepreneurial teams
• Highly motivated self-starter
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to balance multiple projects, priorities, and be able to articulate clearly when resources and support needed
• Operations minded with a drive to improve processes 
• Ability to be hands on and get hands dirty if necessary to grow
• Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
• Proven ability to work cooperatively and proactively with all stakeholders
• Excellent business, problem solving, project management and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
