Provide friendly and accurate customer support via chat and email while troubleshooting product and account issues. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate cases and improve the overall customer experience and knowledge base.
Candidates must have excellent English communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and eligibility to work in Portugal. Previous customer support experience and a curiosity for fintech and crypto are preferred.
