The Maintenance Operative is responsible for ensuring all club equipment is fully functioning to provide an excellent member experience. They must prioritize the safety of members and colleagues while maintaining the facility environment.
Candidates must possess technical skills in carpentry, plumbing, or single-phase electrics and hold a Pool Plant Operators qualification. A full driving license is required to travel efficiently between regional clubs.

About you:
As a Maintenance Operative, we are looking for someone:
Who has technical skills or discipline (i.e. Carpentry / Plumbing / Single Phase Electrics) – Essential
Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar)
A full driving licence or the ability to travel efficiently between clubs within your region
Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
