The Account Director will manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise client accounts while serving as the primary point of contact for retention and upselling. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and align solutions with client goals.
The role requires 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing or account management role, preferably within tech, SaaS, or data-driven services. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and a relevant tertiary qualification.

ABOUT THE JOB
We’re looking for an Account Director to manage a portfolio of key client accounts across industries such as financial services, telecoms, and retail. Reporting to the MD of the DataEQ Core division, you’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, client satisfaction, and ongoing growth.
You will be the primary point of contact for your accounts, responsible for retention, renewals, and upselling opportunities, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
This is a remote-first position, offering autonomy, collaboration, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact.
