The Sales Representative is responsible for executing a territory plan to grow the installed base and increase revenue through new and existing accounts. This includes conducting onsite sales calls, managing the sales funnel in CRM, and delivering high-value proposals to customers.
A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in science, along with at least 3 years of sales experience. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel up to 70% of the time.

The Sales Representative for Radiometer is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable interpersonal relationships with customers and for actively searching for new accounts and improving sales potential with existing customers. The Sales Representative is responsible for creating and executing a territory plan to deliver year over year installed base and core growth directed by annual performance objectives and quota.
This position is part of the Blood Gas Sales Team and will be remote, travelling a territory including Greater Los Angeles to Fresno. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

The salary range for this role is $100,000-$110,000. This role is also eligible for Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC). The total target compensation at plan (base + SIC) is $178,700 – $188,700 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
