The Senior Manager oversees all maintenance and facilities operations at the Sacramento site to ensure asset reliability, regulatory compliance, and safe manufacturing performance. The Senior Manager, Maintenance and Facilities, provides leadership for all maintenance and facilities supporting the Sacramento site. This leader is accountable for maximizing asset reliability, equipment availability, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle performance while ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations and located on-site in Sacramento, CA, this role is part of the Operations Leadership Team and partners closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, EHS and Supply Chain to develop and execute long-term asset strategies that improve operational performance, reduce risk, and support future business growth.

The annual salary range for this role is $150,000 - $165,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
