The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing effective production strategies, systems, and processes to ensure quality and cost-effective manufacturing. They will collaborate with production and design teams to optimize assembly, testing, and tooling methods while maintaining safety standards.
Candidates must hold at least an HNC or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering. A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering, including knowledge of Lean principles and fabrication techniques, is required.

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing effective strategies, systems, processes and equipment, to enable and enhance efficient production of quality and cost-effective products. In this role you will be a key member of the team, with your own area of responsibility.
This position reports to the Air senior manufacturing engineer and is part of the manufacturing engineering team in Redruth, Cornwall, UK. This will be an on-site role.
