This Representative Administration role is responsible for providing comprehensive executive support to the Site Leader while managing overall site administration, office operations, workplace services, and employee engagement activities. The position serves as a key coordinator across leadership, employees, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient workplace operations, high-quality administrative services, and a positive employee experience.
This position reports to the EHS & Facilities Supervisor and is part of the EHS & Facilities team located in Suzhou SIP and will be an on-site role.
