The Manager, FCS MSAT leads a high-performing team of technical scientists to provide expert support for filtration technologies in Korea. They are responsible for driving collaboration across commercial and cross-functional teams to resolve complex bioprocess challenges and ensure customer success.
Candidates must hold a PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Bioscience or Engineering with 10 to 17+ years of relevant experience. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to manage complex technical projects and mentor team members.

The Manager, FCS MSAT is responsible for is responsible for leading a high-performing team of technical scientists and serving as a technical leader for Cytiva’s filtration technologies in Korea. The role provides expert application support and technical guidance to customers and internal stakeholders while driving collaboration across commercial and cross-functional teams to address complex bioprocess challenges and support customer success.
This position reports to the Director-MSAT and is part of the Field Customer Support MSAT team and will be fully remote.
