The Fitness Sales Manager is responsible for driving membership growth through high-volume outbound outreach and appointment setting. They guide prospective athletes from the initial contact through the sales process to enroll them in appropriate training programs.
Candidates need at least one year of sales experience, specifically in inside or membership sales. Strong communication skills and a high-energy, competitive approach to hitting sales targets are required.
