Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding insurance policies, processing changes, renewals, and cancellations. Support agents with documentation and guide clients through the claims intake process.
Requires 1+ years of insurance customer service experience and a California Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain one. Proficiency in agency management software and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
