The role focuses on generating accurate endorsements and evidences of insurance while providing timely responses to clients and third parties. It involves maintaining client activity in the agency automation system and supporting account managers in a high-volume environment.
Candidates must have agency personal lines experience and a valid Property and Casualty license. Proficiency in communication and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting are required.
The primary function of this position is to work autonomously or in collaboration with the personal lines team to generate accurate endorsements, evidences of insurance, timely response to clients and any third parties for client related actions. This position is critical to the success of our Personal Lines Servicing Unit. The client’s perception of our overall level of service is partly based on these job functions. Accuracy and attention to detail is a requirement along with following agency workflows and standard procedures.
Work in conjunction with the team to meet time sensitive goals set forth by the Account Managers and the Personal Lines Manager
Maintain client activity in the agency automation system and keep open Suspense items up to date
Timely response for client related activity
Complete endorsement quotes, accurate issuance of endorsements and follow up for verification of completion
Complete evidences of insurance and insurance ID cards for auto and home mortgagee changes
Remain current on coverages, forms, and company rating tools to effectively support the account managers in a timely and accurate manner
Participate in further education when requested
Back up reception desk for as needed
Assume other job responsibilities as required
-Agency Personal Lines experience
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Property and Casualty license
-Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-volume environment
-Ability to work well with others
-AMS360 management system experience
-Working knowledge of management and quoting systems for company partners that Advocate Brokerage Corp. represents
-Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and the internet
Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $62,000.00–$72,000 [annually. Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
