The role focuses on maintaining client relationships through proactive outreach and managing inbound support for merchants and ISO partners. It also involves handling documentation for the renewal pipeline and maintaining CRM data integrity to optimize internal workflows.
Candidates should have previous experience in customer-facing roles such as sales or account management, with fintech or business lending experience being a plus. Proficiency with CRM systems and strong organizational skills for handling financial documentation are required.

As a Jr. Retention Specialist at Credibly, you will play a vital role in maintaining the health of our client relationships. Similar to our Jr. Business Consultant role, this position is a blend of proactive outreach, operational support, and relationship management. You will be the bridge between our ISO partners and active merchants and the support services they need to thrive, ensuring that every interaction with Credibly reinforces our commitment to their success. You will work closely with both the Bridge and Renewal teams to streamline the funding process and provide white-glove service to our partners and merchants.
