Maintain the appearance and organization of the Drop-In Center while providing a welcoming environment for women. Assist clients with selecting items and provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to pass a Level II background screening. Candidates must be sensitive to cultural diversity and capable of practicing trauma-informed care.

Created Women’s Drop-In Center services assist to stabilize women impacted by sexual exploitation by meeting their immediate needs and providing a safe, supportive environment and offering resources. The Drop-In Center Associate will maintain the store’s overall appearance and presentation, as well as create a warm and welcoming environment to all who enter.
We are looking for a person who is passionate about engaging with women and serves as a representative of Created Women while on duty at the Drop-In Center.
