Cozen O’Connor is seeking a Manager, AI Practice Transformation to help the Firm move beyond AI pilots and tool training toward practical, repeatable AI-enabled workflows.
This role will support the design, testing, documentation, and rollout of AI workflows across legal practice groups and selected business functions. Working closely with the Strategy & Innovation team, IT, Knowledge Management, practice group leaders, and business professionals, the Manager will help identify use cases, translate them into structured workflows, build supporting materials, and drive adoption.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator with strong process, product, and communication skills. This person should be comfortable working with lawyers and business teams to understand how work gets done, where AI may help, what risks need to be managed, and how to turn experimentation into usable workflows.
This is not a pure training or tool-support role - it sits at the intersection of legal practice, product thinking, and change management. The successful candidate will help build the practical bridge between AI capabilities and real legal/business work.
